Glenn has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and private enterprise. Throughout his career as a corporate/investment banker he has founded and managed divisions for two of the top ten banks in the US. At National City Corporation he successfully started and managed the Bank's Technology Finance Division which resulted in over $1-billion in committed loans/leases. At Merrill Lynch he was responsible for all of the Corporate Finance initiatives for 400+ financial advisors in a four state area. As an entrepreneur he has developed numerous residential real estate projects including the conversion of an 11,000 square foot school into 10 elderly apartment units. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for a biotechnology Startup Company focused on reducing bioterrorism threats and minimizing losses caused by Bovine Respiratory Disease in the beef cattle industry. He has strong relationships to the top sources of debt, equity and mezzanine capital throughout the US.

Julian offers 20 years of leading business units with new sales and project management leadership to develop business growth, establishing long-term client relationships. He enjoys entrepreneurial ventures that start new business relationships, expand existing ventures or restructure operations to improve growth & profitability. Corporate experiences include participation on an Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield / Andersen Consulting, $500,000,000 cost restructuring project. Consolidated key operations for 18 claim processing companies/post rollup. Entrepreneurial - started a new healthcare software venture from concept to funding, multi-state based, receivable management serving 400+ physicians. Started a new Broadband communications company serving real estate developers. As a business development executive, Julian creates the value proposition, sells the opportunity, and finds talent and capital to execute.

Mark is the founder of The Sievers Company, LLC and has an extensive and highly diversified career in both the corporate world and in private consulting practice. He has worked at the executive level for a succession of companies and has experience in M&A transactions, information technology, supply chain and product/concept development. His last corporate position was that of Chief Innovation Officer for the LJS/A&W division of YUM! BRANDS in Louisville, Kentucky which is the largest restaurant company in the world as measured by number of restaurants. This diversity of experience enables him to evaluate and add value to a business through a balanced and multi-functional perspective.
